This insurance covers you and your family against the financial impact of a specified critical illness. Conditions covered can vary with individual providers so we will provide you with expert advice and help you to understand what each plan does and does not cover.

Income Replacement Cover

Should you lose your income due to sickness or disability this cover can provide you with a replacement income. You can choose when the policy starts to pay out and this is usually after any employer related benefits end and you can choose to cover up to 60% of your earnings, although this varies from provider to provider.

General Insurance

Buildings Insurance

Lenders require you to have buildings insurance on the property you own or let. This covers you for rebuild costs after damage caused by floods, fire or other unforeseen events.

Contents Insurance

This will cover your contents in case of loss, theft or damage. In the event of a claim you will get the item(s) replaced or the money to replace them.

Landlords Insurance

This cover gives you peace of mind by protecting your property and contents from damage or loss whilst also protecting your legal liabilities as a property owner.
